Artists Overview

List of all artists in the system. If CMS is installed: artist's visibility in brackets. Click on artist name for further info Click on contact person's name for address book popup Click on e-mail address to send mail Search on artist name.

Adding/Editing Artists

Info • Artist name - must be unique • Visibility - if CMS is installed • Select contact person from address book popup • Private info - Special private info about the band. • Styles - Used to find a suitable band in the check availability function in the agenda     If using Gig-Guide™ Performer then this is used to refine the search on the public page Members/Crew Click on the tab 'Members' to view the band members and crew assigend to this artist. • Choose Members from address book popup, and assign instruments to the players • Choose Crew from address book popup, and assign functions to the crew members Note that crew members only get e-mail for gigs. Financial Click on the tab 'Finance' to view the default contract and billing information. • •

Users Overview

List of all users in the system. • Listed by user name • Click on contact name for address book popup with full contact info • Click on e-mail address to send mail • Click on heading 'user name' to sort alphabetically (default) • Click on heading 'group' to sort by group • Click on heading 'date' to sort by order of creation (newest to oldest) • Search on user name

Adding/Editing Users

Info • User name - must be unique • Password • Group • Permission Level • Select contact person from address book popup • Select user language (if multiple language modules are installed) Groups Superuser: • Access all areas, all artists Staff Member: • Access all areas, all artists • May not view user passwords • May not edit/delete users Band Leader/Manager: • Agenda access only • May only view artists selected in the user details • May view venue information • May not view customer information Band Member: • Agenda access only • May only view artists selected in the user details • May not view venue information (only the address of venue) • May not view customer information Crew: • Agenda access only • May only view artists selected in the user details • May not view venue information (only the address of venue) • May not view customer information General: • Agenda access only • May view all artists • May not view venue information (only the address of venue) • May not view customer information • Extra event details are hidden

Complete Overview Full band list showing total events per year and totals Sort by name or total Month Overview Full band list showing total events per month and totals for particular year Sort by name or total Band Overview Click on band name for total events per month and year plus totals
